2 Step Paint Correction

Pricing starts at $650

A 2 Step paint correction is for those who are chasing ultimate clarity in their paint. With this service our goal is to remove 80%-90% of scratches and swirls. This will give your vehicle that mirror finish that'll make it the best cleanest at the car show. This is service is normally finished up with a ceramic coating

This service includes-

  • Hand wash 

  • 2 Step paint decontamination

  • Compound & polish for mirror like finish

  • 1 year Ceramic or Fluorine infused wax

Process Details:

1. Thorough Vehicle Wash: - We begin with a deep clean of your vehicle using a pH-neutral shampoo to ensure no further damage is caused during the correction process. - A clay bar treatment may be used to remove embedded contaminants from the surface.

2. Paint Assessment: - We inspect the paint condition under proper lighting to identify the extent of the damage, such as swirl marks, scratches, and other imperfections. This helps us determine the level of correction required.

3. Masking & Preparation: - All sensitive areas of the vehicle (rubber trims, badges, and sensitive areas) are masked to protect them during the correction process.

4. Multi-Stage Machine Polishing:

Cutting Stage: A coarse polish and cutting pad are used to level the paint and remove the most severe imperfections. -

Polishing Stage: A finer polish and pad are applied to refine the finish and enhance clarity. -

Finishing Stage: The final stage involves using a finishing polish to produce a high-gloss, mirror-like finish. - The number of stages depends on the severity of the paint’s condition.

5. Final Inspection & Wipe Down: - After the paint correction, the vehicle is inspected under different lighting conditions to ensure no imperfections remain. - A final wipe down is done with an alcohol-based solution to remove any polishing oils and reveal the true condition of the paint.

Your paint is made up of multiple layers from the factor. We as detailers deal mainly with the vehicle's clear coat. Anything past your vehicle's clear coat will likely have to go to a body shop or it will need to be repainted. Depending on the extent of the damage, we may be able restore your vehicle's paintwork.
